Created in collaboration with local producers and purveyors, guided by house-made ingredients, and rooted in a deep connection to North Carolina’s Piedmont.

Open daily at 8AM, Songbird offers fresh-brewed espresso, cold-press juices, seasonal smoothies, and more, all crafted from local fields and forests. Slow sips, soft conversation, and simple intentional daily ceremony.

evening libations

Re-opening at 4PM daily, the light fades, and the candles rise. Songbird offers Southern-rooted cocktails, no & low-ABV pours, and shared plates. Inspired by the Piedmont, we draw on small-batch purveyors, regional farms, and more to tell the story of the landscape and the hands that shape them.
