join us at Songbird on Sunday, October 25 for a six-course tasting dinner built entirely around NC pumpkins. we’re cooking with a handful of varietals, including Jarrahdale, Cinderella, Indian River, and pie pumpkins, and working them into tartlets, risotto, bisque, and roasted pumpkin. we’re using the seeds and guts too.

cocktails start at 5 PM, followed by dinner at 6 PM. drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and zero-proof, will be available to order throughout the evening.
